The Joy of Presence

I am really passionate about creating delicious living edible masterpieces. It is truly a joy and a pleasure for me. In cultivating my talents and rewiring my brain to fully serve my purpose, I am learning how to create every experience into the same kind of feeling ; a joy, a pleasure, a delight. Even vacuuming, sweeping and wiping windows is fun.
Intimacy : into me you see. It can be shared with anyone and anything, even the wall or a chair or a bottle. First it must be practiced with yourself. It's amazing to feel intimacy with yourself. It's like you don't need anyone or anything to feel complete and whole and true and YOU. And you don't. Please love yourself today.

If you like any thing here on the blog or have any suggestions for NamaSisters, PLEASE leave a comment :)

Love,

  1. How wonderful ! Passion is one key ingredient...another is loving what you are doing. Love, passion, and sacrifice. Some people feel that love and passion are the same thing, but it isn't, really. Finally it is important to be willing to sacrifice...temporarily..to achieve what you want. There is more to that than meets to eye. People think it has to look one way or another. The process can be enjoyable. What that means is, if one wanted to engage in an activity towards a goal, that means other perhaps equally desirable activities have to be given up...temporarily. A simplistic example: If one wanted to live in a warm climate, one gives up the beauty of the 4 seasons for that time period. If one wanted to create something, temporarily, one sacrifices other things or activities in the creation of that thing. Most people are not willing to do that, they are not focused, and that is why most peoples' dreams remain unfulfilled, they remain mere wishes. There is a great audio by Kevin Trudeau called Focus Creates Success (that you have access to). Intimacy at a given moment in time can be considered intimacy, and indeed that is real. To take it further, when information is integrated over a time frame, and taking into consideration a variety of bits of data, then true intimacy with oneself...true knowingness....can be achieved. Intimacy is a challenge to achieve without awareness, acceptance, and action when appropriate. First there is the knowing. Then, "To know, and not to do....is not to know. " Leo Buscalia. Of course, doing nothing can also be taking action...if it is done intentionally. Many people fall into a rut of either doing nothing -taking the path of least resistance - or they take a lot of action and confuse activity with accomplishment. Blessings to You.

  2. After seeing this video, am now thinking that the term intimacy may have been used by you in the same way Esther talks about manifestation in the moment....yes, it does make sense. In this focusing of having fun, by not putting focus or energy into what you do not want, you are manifesting in the moment. Part of my previous comment was too focused on a time frame, bits of data over time. Every 'now' is a manifestation, which you could choose to call intimate. http://youtu.be/xigUzPJ4aIA
